Kenny, Zach and crew did a great job repairing my drain issue. They were very thorough and responsive to every question I had. Thank you Jim for getting me done fast.

We are new & happy customers of Jim Ando Plumbing just this year. Technician, Mike T. came out to house initially to assess a leaking drain line. With his knowledge and experience, we determined the galvanized pipes needed to be replaced. We felt so comfortable and confident with Mike’s professional assessment and skills, we hired Ando Plumbing to remove & replace all of our galvanized supply lines/drains. It was a big job but Mike was so very detailed, organized & thorough that it put our minds at ease. Each time we reached out to the office - Kathy was so very pleasant & the owner, Jim was very responsive. Both were also so very helpful. Clearly, we highly recommend! Thanks so much for your service !

This was my first time using Jim Ando. The man I spoke with on the phone was very polite and patient. He told me the procedure and what to expect. I was able to get a same day appointment. Communication was 10/10. All the info comes right to your email/text. Always love paperless! Mike, the technician was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall a great experience during a potentially stressful experience.

We paid $10,000 for work performed,. Our insurer required a fully broken down invoice from Ando's (showing the length of the exterior pipe installed, the cost of said pipe, how much crushed stone was put down, hourly cost of excavator, etc. When we requested this from the owner, Jim, he told us he would "take care of it". Simply put, he failed to do so. We sent a few followup emails and received no response. Finally, when we were given a deadline by the insurer to provide the document Jim told us he would provide, crickets from him. As a result of Jim's failure, we lost $4,000 in reimbursement from an insurer. It appears that, as long as our $10,000 check (written to Jim's company for the work performed) cleared, he wiped his hands clean of us. Don't bother trying to defend yourself, Jim. You screwed us out of that money and you KNOW it! It turns out that you're not a man of his word and that's simply pathetic. *RESPONSE TO ANDO'S COMMENT* Jim, you told me in a phone call a few weeks ago that you would take care of breaking down the invoice in the specific manner the insurer required in order for us to be reimbursed for some of the exterior work your company performed. Thereafter, you didn't reply to a single followup email, nor did you provide us with said invoice. You failed to do what you said you would. If you had no intention of providing the specific breakdown the insurance company required, you should have said so when I spoke with you or, at a minimum, responded to one of our followup emails informing us of the same. Had you been honest and told us you had no intention of doing what you said you would, we would have then turned to the insurer to try to get them to pay us something, anything, without what they required. Instead, you told us you would "take care of it" and then simply left us hanging. Even when we informed you of the date the insurer gave us to provide them with the brokendown invoice, you failed to inform us that you had absolutely no intention of providing the same. You simply allowed that deadline to pass, all the while knowing you had zero intention of doing what it was you said you would. Also, what was asked of you by us and required by the insurance company wasn't something overly complicated or time consuming on your part. You simply just couldn't be bothered. I'll bet if we were paying you to do it, you would have jumped right on it! And, what a surprise how very, very quickly you responded to a negative review in an attempt to defend your actions (inaction is actually more appropriate). Too bad you couldn't respond to an email in such a timely manner. Again, no matter how you attempt to spin it and deflect blame, you're simply not a man of his word. Your failure to provide us with the required line-by-line amended invoice, which you said you would email to us, is what caused the insurer not to pay our claim. This is 100% on you! You had no problem preparing your "general" invoice for the work performed to receive full payment from us, but, when it came time for us to get some of the $10,000 reimbursed by our insurer, you just couldn't be bothered. Even though it was explained to you that both my husband and myself are 100% disabled and living solely on Social Security Disability, you couldnt be bothered to keep your word and provide the required invoice. As long as you received your money, right, Jim?
